My connection with sport started from childhood and already there by age 5 I was learning about the most important thing in sport is Discipline . Since I was a kid I started aerial gymnastic and I could not leave this because it became my passion.

After years I decided to go to the most powerful academy in Ukraine and I got bachelor degree and from there is started to perform in a lot of big shows around the world .
After few of my injuries I realized that is very important to know your body so I made a decision that now is the time when i will study and start to help others to reach best version of themselves.
I finished a lot of studies regarding : human anatomy, biomechanics, nutrition, supplements.
And from there I started to help my clients to change their lifestyle , get back in their great shape , stay healthy and stay positive, because our emotional state can affect our physical health.

As a competitive gymnast for 14 years, I not only understood the meaning of discipline and honed the art of optimizing performance through body manipulation, but I also delved into diverse sports such as basketball, swimming, and track & field. Gymnastics served as my foundational platform, propelling me to excel in every sport I engaged in. It laid the groundwork for my educational journey and cultivated a deep-seated love for fitness.

With this background, I chose to pursue a degree in Kinesiology at the University of Toronto. Here, I expanded my understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, sport medicine, and psychology. Alongside my academic pursuits, I acquired certifications in personal training and first aid.
